Order Cancellation

- If your cancellation is accepted: You will receive a full refund within 3–5 days.
- After the 24-hour window: We may have to refuse cancellation requests. This is because your order information is typically sent to our manufacturer for processing immediately, making it ready for production and eventual shipment.
- Our Response Time: Please allow us up to 24 business hours to respond to your request. If we miss your cancellation request within this timeframe and you still receive the item, Applemug is responsible for providing you with a full refund. However, you must first return the parcel to us.

Exchange Orders
Similar to our cancellation policy, customers can request to exchange their order (e.g., for a different size or color) only within 24 hours after the order placement.
